For partial fulfillment of our corporate purpose, providing information and communication applications, we work with third parties.The following service providers support us in providing a database and mailing infrastructure: Alfahosting GmbH (Halle, Germany), Sendinblue (Paris, France) and 1und1 SE (Montabaur, Germany). These companies are obliged to store and process personal data and other data of our users only to the extent necessary for our corporate purpose. A deletion of individual user data, which are available to third parties, is possible at any time and exclusively by us.

    Neither to other third parties nor to other users of our Policylead platform we grant access to other user data or account settings, unless the need exists due to contractual processes and the customer has given his written consent.

    Other customers are considered as third parties and therefore will not receive any information about the activity or personal information without the consent of the affected user. We ensure that no user-related information reaches the public. The user may temporarily allow to share his access to personal user settings with Policylead administrators for specific troubleshooting or consulting purposes.

    If Clients entrust us with personally identifiable information from third parties, we will record the resulting obligations of the Principal and Contractor in a separate contract in the form of an Order Data Processing Agreement.

  3. Cookies
    Cookies are text files that are stored on the PC or smartphone via the browser. We use “cookies” on some of our features to improve the user experience (traces of your use of our websites). The use of “cookies” may also improve the browsing experience on our platform for the user. If we store personal information in a “cookie”, we will inform you in advance and ask for your permission.We do not make systematic use of “cookies” on our website with the aim of analyzing user behavior or personal data. The “cookies” do not collect data that can be assigned to a specific person. Policylead does not use any personal data for traffic analysis, but only anonymous user data. The information generated by Google Analytics cookies is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, by activating IP anonymisation, the IP address of the Google user is shortened in advance within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

  4. Security
    We make every effort to prevent the loss or misuse of personal user information. All personal data can only be viewed in the password-protected user or admin area. Wherever possible, we use the modern encryption technologies Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) for the digital traffic of personal information and also for the protection of all web content on our company domains.
